ACS CCP(tm) & DPI Education Series #3 - Cheese Rind Basics

The third and final session in this series aimed at helping our ACS CCP(tm) applicants study & prepare for the upcoming Exam, and offering continuing education for our current ACS CCPs(tm).

This session will be hosted by the American Cheese Society and Bill Stephenson from DPI with guest speaker Steve Jones (Spring Brook Farms) presenting the topic of Cheese Rind Basics.  Heather Tucker, the ACS Program Manager, will be moderator. 

Sign ups are still open until June 30th here.  Each session is limited to 50 cheese sample boxes, but there are unlimited viewing seats to the webinar.  All recordings will be available to those that purchase at least 1 webinar, to help our ACS CCP(tm) applicants study.  Recordings will be available to all the ACS membership later this year.
